The Rehlko EW 6000-Li integrated UPS, power distribution and lithium-ion battery system reduces space, complexity and installation costs without compromising on protection or autonomy.
A high efficiency, compact, integrated online double conversion UPS system incorporating an optional power distribution unit and a choice of three sizes of hot-swappable lithium-ion battery modules.
Rehlko EW 6000-Li model range
The Rehlko EW 6000-Li is available in 2 single-phase ratings (6 kW and 10 kW); two ratings capable of 1:1, 3:1 or 3:3 input:output configurations (10 kW and 20 kW); and two ratings offering three phase input and either single or three phase output (30 kW and 40 kW).
Each system can be configured with 40, 50 or 100 Ah lithium-ion battery modules and an optional power distribution module that includes breakers for input, output, bypass, maintenance bypass and battery. The complete system is housed in a cabinet that has a footprint of just 0.6m2, with a matching additional battery cabinet available if very long autonomy times are required.
Advanced, resilient design
The advanced design of the Rehlko EW 6000-Li UPS enables high AC/AC efficiencies (up to 96%), reducing energy loss, heat emission and running costs. Keeping footprint low and maximising autonomy from minimised space, this is matched to modern, enhanced safety LFP lithium-ion batteries with a two-level battery management and three-level monitoring system looking at cell, module and system layers.
Clear, user-friendly touch screen display
A clear, 4.3” touch screen display provides easy access to UPS and battery system settings and information without needing to open the cabinet door.
Communications
As standard the Rehlko EW 6000-Li features emergency power off (EPO), RS485 TCP/IP and dry contact communications, whilst an SNMP card may also be chosen as an option.
Battery autonomies
See tables in the EW 6000-Li Brochure and User Manual for autonomy time provided for 100% load at different UPS sizes. These range from 10 mins to over 190 mins, depending on load and battery configuration.
If greater autonomy is required than can be provided by a single cabinet, additional battery cabinets can also be added – please contact Rehlko for further details if this is of interest.
